Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original shoebox and pack them into a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
